To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or amend your booking. Cancellations made within this period, or missed appointments, may be subject to the full treatment charge.

Complimentary Wellness Access: Begin your journey with complimentary access to our thermal facilities, ideally arriving 60 minutes prior to your treatment to relax and restore. You are welcome to enjoy the thermal experience before or after your treatment. Following your treatment, retreat to our relaxation lounge, where a light, nourishing refreshment plate awaits. For your comfort, robes, slippers, and towels are provided throughout your visit. If not using thermal facilates, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to fully enjoy your experience.
